Magoun's is my go-to local watering hole. They have a fantastic beer selection that changes by the day. It's definitely selected by a person who knows good beer. The food is above average bar food and it's a great place to watch sports. Occasional events like Octoberfest and Superbowl chili cookoffs keep things fresh. For the owners: bring back spicy food month! That was the best thing you ever did and some of the menu items were insanely spicy. Loved it!

Best kept secret in Somerville by far!! Food is absolutely amazing! The pulled pork nachos are incredible! 💯 Also they have a chicken and waffle that will blow you away!! Great friendly service! Get up there soon!!

Beer selection is always great, but do NOT miss out on the Irish Chicken Curry with rice and fries. The scent is intoxicating and it tastes like home.

Went in tonight , got the braised shot rib melt for my meal. The sandwich alone is so good nice cheesy meat cooked perfect and some type of aioli that really complimented it, , but when you dip it in the sauce it took it to the next level. Wife got the Irish chicken curry, honestly big time surprise for me. Never been a huge curry fan but maybe just haven’t had good curry cause it was unbelievably tasty. Finally I added some wings cause they have a 50 cent deal, I felt bad eating wings that good for so cheap, no joke I can’t remember the last time I had some wing that good.

Super solid pub. Good amount of TVs and seating. Drinks and food are really good. Staff is super friendly. Great spot for pub food, drinks games etc.

Cool bar with big tvs and a lively atmosphere. Large selections of beers on tap available in half and full liters. Around 8-10 for a beer and double for a liter. Full kitchen available.

I liked it. Service friendly and efficient. Had a couple of Black and Tans, wheat beer for the wife. Spinach and artichoke rangoons were delicious. We killed a couple of hours here while waiting for a fry, cozy pub atmosphere. Family friendly, too. Would recommend

The menu here is filled with very good options, above and beyond standard pub fare. I had the Melto Portobello sandwich at lunch, with the onion rings as my side because I have had them before and liked them very much. Today's sandwich was perfectly delicious, the roasted veggies were very fresh. The medley of flavors really was so delicious. My friend said the steak fajitas were tasty and fresh also. The beer and hard cider selection is well thought out also.

I’ve been here several times and have loved it each time. Great atmosphere, awesome and diverse taplist (including cask beer from the UK!) and satisfying comfort food. One of my favorite bars in the Cambridge/Somerville area for sure!

Went for the Viking Midsummer's Night. It was so much fun. Beer selection for the event was amazing, especially the mead. Food was delicious and, best of all, cheap. This was a surprise considering what they were serving.

I know it's a pub. Unfortunately, I don't drink much so I really can't comment on their beer selection. As for the food, I have yet to be disappointed in their dishes. My favorites are the Death Wish Burger or the Friday night Fish & Chips along with Saloon Half Nachos. Anyhow, I hope you'll like it as much as I do.
