Malley's Chocolates

This is a good Malley’s location. The staff was nice and helpful and the candy is obviously delicious. I like the layout of the store, it’s different than other Malley’s that I’ve been inside. They had a nice Christmas vibe while I was there. I appreciate when it looks as though the store took time to make everything nice.

So I visited five Malley's locations on this date and this was by far the worst. Sadly, it was no fault of Malley's or their employees, but it was the typical Solon customer. They were self centered, arrogant and would cut you off, despite the store's clear 6-foot distancing guidelines of behalf of the county and state. On the plus side, the employees were the only ones in the entire chain to wish the customer a Happy Easter. They honored my membership card and gave a small menial discount. The register technology seemed old but it did work. I was able to use Apple Pay which was a plus. Sadly the store lacked a lot of the most favored items on my wish list.

Usually very quiet when I am in this location! Staff is usually not very engaging when I have been here but they are usually stocked with everything you might need and it makes it a great place to be in and out of and get all the chocolate that you need! Malleys is definitely the best option for chocolate in Cleveland!
