Got ice cream here yesterday around lunch time. Very good service and clean store.
Ordered a scoop of the mint in a cone and a scoop of the mint in a cup. The employee was friendly and kind and also perfectly scooped everything. The ice cream was picture perfect. The entire store was VERY clean.
I stop here several times a year and will continue to do so. Also, all employees are currently wearing masks due to covid.

Always clean and busy. I love their selection of ice creamsand sorbets. The employees are always friendly and no matter what, the line goes quick. The parking lot kinda sucks as it is small and narrow.

We are from out of town and have been to Mitchell's numerous times. We can't say enough about the quality and scrumptious flavors that they offer. Their staff of young ladies that were working today in the Solon, Ohio location Saturday 7/10/2021 were very professional and helpful. We will be back! Thank you Mitchell's! If you've never been there, you need to try them, you won't be disappointed.

This place has amazing ice cream! So many flavors and not your typical ones either! We love their wild berry crumble, key lime pie, and sea salt caramel. They’re SO GOOD. A little pricey compared to other ice cream places, this is definitely more “gourmet” but worth it. Dog approved.

Vitalia Senior Living would like to recognize Mitchell's Ice Cream Solon as our mom and pop business for 2022. Our residents love to do outings there. Our walking club will use Mitchell's as their destination. The team that works there are always friendly and have a great smile when they come in.

Ice cream and great service what morer can you say on a great sunny day. This ice cream keeps you smiling really it's that good. The only hard part is trying to decide what flavor you want, how much to get and either cup, cone, shake or sundae really. The staff is courteous patient and willing to explain things helping you to decide your choice of ice cream
The line seems long at first but their system process keeps things moving... listen it's worth the wait😊
