I got the chili relano plate. The chili's batter was crunchy and flavorful. The chili and the cheese carried the tangy flavor of the red sauce well.
I tried a bit of the green sauce on the side. It's spicy. I liked the red sauce in the main dish and green sauce added to heat level

Great food and service. Do yourself a favor and order and extra 1 or 2, or maybe 6 of the sopapilla! Add the honey, just wonderful! Stopped for lunch, traveling from Roswell, NM to Winslow, AZ.
I had the ground beef tacos. The meat was greassy, just enough to soften the bottom of the hard shell.

Classic new Mexican food; the green chili can be blazing hot. The restaurant interior is basic but serviceable. Check out their special board for daily changes.
Delicious Green Chile burrito. I added sour cream to help cool down the hot green chilies that I heard so much about. and some of the best flour tortillas perfectly charred that I've had in a long time! I ordered a single flour tortilla by itself just to enjoy. They also offer the Sioux City sarsapa

The food was great, and the service was fast and efficient. Very very affordable and a great price. One of the better new Mexican food places in town. They are very generous will sides but portions are a little small. Red chili needs to be strained so you aren't spitting out small pices of skin.
