The reason this new restaurant stays as busy as ever since they opened last year is that the food is worth coming back for and for telling your friends about. Even tonite, on Valentine's Day, snowing like crazy outside, people waited to be seated. The pizzas ARE like what I have eaten in Europe: light, flavorful, and crusty. The coffee also compares to the real espresso in Italy.
Service, cleanliness, just all around atmosphere is 5 stars!! We were pleasantly greeted at the door. Our server came acrossed pleasant and confident. She did her all that was expected without being overbearing. Now the food, utterly amazing. We had an appetizer and a pepperoni pizza. I can't recall their exact names, but if I was able to stuff and roll myself back home, I would have done so. The pizza crust had that subtle crispy charred crunch with a soft inside. The onions cut and cooked to perfection, not too soft or too hard. The kalamata olives are amazing! Combined with the rich pepperoni and onions, the tang of the olives just topped the flavor chart! We will be back and most likely regulars!! Oh... And prices, worth your dollar!
The pizza is out of control good. The pasta is always freshly made from the ground up. Such a wonderful gem of a place. Cant reccomend enough.
Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Great service. Spectacular food. Pizzas made in brick oven. Delicious! Easy to get to. Right on Main Street.
Very nice cute place. We had lunch on the patio: pizzas were very fresh, as well as salad. They also have some beer and cider to choose from
Wow wow wow!! This food is incredible! Everything about this restaurant is wonderful! Highly recommend! Take a Saturday drive to Soap Lake and eat here! You won’t regret it!!

So we came in last night and it was packed... but goodness, they got us seated really in less than 10 min. By the way it was our first time here... ordered lasagna ... AMAZING! And also a pizza with salad!!! So so good! We had a young guy serving us... such a great server, calm, super friendly, mentioned about today’s special, kept bringing us more water without being asked.... food came so fast That we were shocked! I could of sat and sat there such a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!
