Stopped here twice when we were staying overnight - once for dinner and once for breakfast. Great portions and great people. Worth it!

It was AMAZING!!!! Everything was Absolutely fresh! Everything was delicious, it is truly a hidden gem in Snyder, TX!!!! The owners were so friendly! The husband cooked the amazing food and the wife waited on our table. She was so friendly and help me with my pronunciation when I pointed at something and said I didn't know how to say it properly.

I heard that this place was great. I was so disappointed. Ordered chicken fried steak. Took about an hour to get. It was huge but that is the only good thing I can say about it. The steak was so hard I couldn’t cut it and it wasn’t even cube steak. Some kind of pressed meat. The owners were friendly but that doesn’t make up for how bad the food was.

Delicious food. The cook is from Los Angeles, California. He and his family were all so wonderful. They greeted us and gave us such love in every serving. He took the time to prepare every dish. We will be going to this location every visit. DELICIOUS.

Absolutely amazing from the food to the couple that runs the place. Don’t come if you’re in a hurry. Everything is made from scratch when it’s ordered so it takes a bit of time to get your food but it is well worth the wait!! We’ll be back!

Food was cold and the fajitas were extremely tough. Rice tasted like it was on stove for a long time. Crunchy on the top. Cold beans. Menu said 13.00. But he said $20.00. Crazy. Don’t go! So disappointed!

It was ok, but the service is slow, but they're friendly, I still haven't found a restaurant in this town that has a dish with lots of flavor. They lack flavor. I've lived in San Antonio before where everything is so delicious, and here in snyder restaurants are very plain.The plates there are big, but lack spice.( At the Ponderosa)

Delicious pancakes, unique home cooking, great value. A little off the beaten path for us, but so worth the extra 7 minutes. What a fun place to go!
