A little disappointed. I believe young lady who prepared my sandwich was new, my sandwich was not made well, fell apart when I opened it, very little avocado on it, and I had to ask if i could get a bag for my sandwich. She apologized. I hope next time it will be better. All the employee were very friendly and attentive.

This particular location has slipped in stars lately. I eat at the Snellville location frequently. The last few times I’ve been in they have been out of turkey…two weekends in a row for me. Not sure if there’s a turkey shortage, who knows. Today the ice machine is broken. As of late the place has been dirty. I left and won’t be back to visit the Snellville location again.

Freaky slow. I usually order once a week delivery. Now they only have one driver at lunch. I live a mile from the store and work from home and can't go pick up. I'm waiting 40 minutes now since order said out for delivery. Don't tip until you receive your order. At this rate I hope I get my food by dinner. ETA: five months later, tried them again. AGAIN, 30 minutes after online order, had to call in. Been told the driver would be out with it in about 10 minutes. I live 1.5 miles from the store. Do yourself a favor and just order in store from this joint, if at all. Nothing has changed.

So I consider myself still a Jimmy Johns newbie... I was first introduced to Jimmy Johns APPARENTLY when they had a seasonal special, the chicken wrap, which I got often. Today, I decided to stop in and get the chicken wrap, andddddd I didn't see "chicken wrap" anywhere on the menu, on the signs, so I ask the very abrupt cashier, "I am trying to find the chicken wrap". Cashier, "We don't sell chicken". Well of course I think, well of course you do, because I've purchased a chicken wrap several times... Well long story short, I am rushed through ordering a lettuce wrapped Italian meat something... I figure, I like the ingredients, can't go wrong with lettuce. Wrap was good, nothing spectacular that I can't get anywhere else...and with much better customer "some-service"! And I think I learned the cashier was "the manager".... This is where customer service, or lack there of, is headed....

Got a sandwich last night right befire closing so maybe that's why there was only 1 tin layer of ham on my sub!! Ate a section today and was so disappointed! I'm going to call today when they open. They are new to me but if this is how they make a sandwich regularly it's my last time! Basically a bread sandwich and that was hard on the bottom!

The one time I visited, I didn’t order anything. After seeing the cashier take a credit card payment and promptly proceed to grab a pair of gloves to prepared food, he literally stretched the gloves with un-santized/unwashed hands and then put them on. It defeated the purpose of wearing gloves as he had just contaminated them. 🤢🤮

The customer service at this location is horrible. This is location is always getting the order incorrect & the manager Charles doesn’t need his position. Someone from corporate needs to pop up at this location & you’ll see how the young staff here is operating.

The staff is always kind, accurate, and freaky fast! The store itsle fish clean and bright too. Just a great shop.
The crew working on June 19th 2021 was especially great! They just really did a great job, took care of me and my kids well, and seemed like they were having a good time too! It was just a great experience!
