Domino's Pizza

I’m both a delivery regular and pickup regular at this location. They are hands down the best crew I’ve ever interacted with, their deliveries are always extremely timely, and the drivers are always super friendly, too! Any time an order has had a mistake (super, SUPER, seldom that there is a mistake) they’ve been wonderful about getting the order corrected and and re-delivered at no cost, giving credit to the next order, AND also giving me the option of simply putting a credit towards my next order. This location is definitely 10/10 in my option. Five stars isn’t enough! They definitely deserve more stars if they were an option! This location has the best service, in my opinion. Highest recommendation! P.S Damian (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was a delight to talk to, and was incredibly helpful in helping me get the boxes inside with a broken hand. Even though he had to stand out in misty weather holding boxes for us, he was a trooper to do that in the rain while I took a single item at a time inside, because of said hand. Great delivery person, hands down, one of the best!

I was there on 4th July. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if i could. They were 2 guys and 1 girl. We were just being friendly as one of the guy was new, but that old man and the lady was extremely rude, they asked us to leave the store and wait in the car for our order. I would have walked away if I hadn’t paid for the food. Really bad customer service. Maybe they was being professional, but an employee has to be customer friendly as well. I myself am in the retail industry and I very well understand that.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! Do not go here . I placed an order over the phone for delivery at 11:25 pm , I live less than five minutes away and waited until 1:30 for a pizza to arrive that never arrived !! I went up there today ordered the same order and asked for an additional icee sauce for my cinnamon sticks and was told it was 1.00 . Due to my lack of and the pizza not being delivered , I asked for it to be accommodated . The manager on 04/05/2022, a lady said NO . I requested a refund if she couldn't give the extra 1.00 icee for my order . Instead she completed my $20 refund . This business is gonna go out soon if this is how you all do business . EXTREMELY UPSET , DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY

This location needs to be shutdown. The way they do business is ridiculous. Over an hour wait if your lucky.. 2 hours If your not, just to get below average food. Pizza overcooked and dry, wings dry. This is barely edible. Everyone needs to be fired at this location and a more educated and adequate staff chosen. If you yourself wouldn't eat the food you prepare how do you expect others to. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. TRUST ME!

Haven't order from Dominos in a long time. And today they confirmed why. The pizza had the wrong toppings and the crust was burnt to a crisp. Also ordered a chicken parm sub, and there was about a teaspoon of sauce and you had to finger through to find a piece of chicken. It was just a dry bun sandwich.
