O'charley's

The restaurant has an average and nice atmosphere. It's decently clean. The food on the menu is typical American food, so it's nothing fancy or special, but it's still good. I got a bacon swiss burger, and it was definitely not the best burger I've had. It could have been a lot better, but I'll say it was average. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall, it's a pretty average restaurant with average food, prices, scenery, and service.

Edit: so much for a delicious piece of pie to end the night. Got the caramel, excited for the creamy, smooth, perfectly sweet taste. It was super grainy. Absolutely terrible, the whole thing. And it was what I was most excited about. Now take this experience, and imagine service as disappointing. Ran out of drink, and the waitress was sitting at the bar, completely ignoring us. This used to be my favorite place too...

This location should receive ZERO stars but this one star can go to our waitress. We had a party of 11. Waited an hour which is understanding because we had no reservation. However, the disappointment is with the food. Told the waitress our daughter has a serious dairy allergy and food kept coming out with cheese on top!! She seriously had to wait while other children got to eat before her. The peach tea tasted different the two times it came out, bread came out after our entrees, salad appetizer were brought out at the end of dinner, one of our party member got her dinner after everyone had finished with theirs and her steak was frozen in the middle. All of this took 3 hours!! To top all this manager could only give us a coupon for future purchase. We will not be coming back.

Usually I love Ocharleys. This was my first time at this location but I was not pleased and probably won't come here again. Let me first say my server was AMAZING. I wish I could remember her name. This is why they get 3 stars. My issue came with the food. There were 4 of us and only 1 of us liked the food. My daughter had the ribs but she only bit them and said they didn't taste fresh and refused to eat anymore. I had the sirloin which I requested medium but it came out raw. It was so tough I could not even cut it. Sent it back and asked them to cook it medium well. It still came back rare. Had to take it home to cook it myself.

The service was good and the manager was accommodating. The food was the problem. Whoever was working the seafood station needs more training. I ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon, which is usually pretty good. When it was brought out, it was overcooked and had to be sent back. One of the guests with me had the catfish and it was raw on the inside. Once the next piece of salmon came out, it looked okay. However, once I bit into it, it didn't taste too good, so I didn't finish it. Later that evening, I became sick-- I couldn't eat solid food for the next few days.

Once seated, we had a really nice and professional server. I appreciated that she was proactive in anticipating our needs. The hostess staff could benefit from some training as they are on the frontline and begin the dining experience. The food was good! Oh, and I ❤ that kids eat free all day everyday!

Awful! The service and the food are bad. We had 3 waitresses; they kept disappearing. 30 minute waiting to be acknowledged. About another 40 min to served. The bread came when we were paying. The meat was rare when it was ask for medium well. The 2 hamburgers were overcooked. We had to ask 4 waitresses for someone to bring mayo. The manager was from on table to another to try to calm people down as we were not the only ones with bad service. It started awfully and it finished awfully.
