My husband and I were super hungry and debating on where to go for a quick bite when we drove by this Arby's and had to make a U-turn and we are glad that we did. We were met with, "Welcome!" and someone was ready to take our order right away all while the drive thru was running very smoothly. The restroom and restaurant was clean. I'd also like to mention the food was cooked fresh. The icing on the cake is when we realized we didn't get a receipt the manager was very kind to go through the recent transactions to find our receipt and print it out for us (for my fetch rewards of course)😍 Whenever we are on this side of town this will definitely be our quick bite destination 🥰

I'm so over it & disappointed in Arbys. They took away the Potatoe Cakes everywhere. What's the problem??? Had my 👄 😋set & it's Gone🤔😒. bring it back Arby's. I can't be the only person to feel this way. 🤔🤔🤔🤔. My day wasn't already going great then this🤔😒. Curly fries, NO SUBSTITUTE

The service of the young lady serving us thru the window was horrible, she was obviously upset and it showed, our fries tasted like they were refried just to be warmed up. We were going in to order our food but the doors were locked and the sign started that the dining room was open. I feel like it was a waste of gas to sit in the drive thru for what we got. Not a good experience at all today.

Try the wagyu burger! It was so good. Fresh, hot, juicy and tasty. We all enjoyed (in the car). The dining area was closed so we had to order in the drivethru.

I love love Arby's but this certain one makes me not wanna go back. There we two cars ahead and it took forever to take thier orders. When I got there she asked me to wait. 3 or 4 mins later she finally took my order. We were in drive thru a total of 20 to 30 mins. I finally got to the window and the girl took the money after at least 5 mins of sitting at the window. Then she handed me a bag of food which was right but I had to flag her down and get her off her cell phone and knock on the window to get my drinks and straws. She was very rude and rushing us so she can get back on her phone. Then as I start to eat the food it was mushy and cold. But I was so flustered I refused to go back. just find some new people or shut it down that was ridiculous!

Newly remodeled and looks great. However, there's a new crew, and unlike the old one, they aren't as concerned with service or hospitality. They shorted our order and acted like we were inconveniencing them to get the food we'd paid for. The soft drinks are also not dispensing correctly. All of them tasted "off." They cooked our cheese sticks so long that all that was left was the breading. Neither table we were at was assembled correctly, either. The top was loose on one, and the other's legs were crooked. We love Arby's, and the remodeled store looks great, but if visits continue like this one, we'll be going elsewhere.

I loooveeee me some Arby's.. even better when i have coupons, ya dig.. But this is a good location.. they aren't busy and the food be fresh. they have some new deals and plus i like the new crinkle fries.. customer service is good with friendly staff.
