Shane's Rib Shack

First of all I ordered the food online and waited about 15 minutes before I left home and when I got there I waited another 20 minutes after the online website told me my order was ready. Then when the guy bout me the food it wasn't my complete order, so they had to go get the rest of my food. I bring the food home and the burger and fries were cold, the top portion of the hamburger bun was torn and dry. The tomato and lettuce was soggy, the wings were not smoked wings like I asked for and the wings were fried hard and very small about the size of a ketchup pack and they were greasy with very little taste. The cocoa cola and sweet tea was good tho.

Food was alright, cheap - nothing special. They dumped out the sweet tea at 8:20 when they were open till 9. Man in photograph who claimed to be the manager was loudly talking about firing an employee by not telling him, removing him from the schedule, waiting to tell him till after the Friday in which they were short staffed and needing him - then told him not to come back thereafter with no regard for him or his livelihood. Another female employee then asked "you can do that?", the manager replied by saying "hah, of course" in a condescending tone. If you are looking for a job (as their door says they're hiring) I would steer clear of this restaurant and manager. Very, very unprofessional and manipulative management. If this is how he acts in front of customers I cannot imagine how he treats the staff here.

Been here a few times very good food typically order off Uber eats. Today I got my order and the rib was so skimp like barely had meat. Why would y’all play in my face like that ? 🥹 anyways the food is usually good here always ask for extra sauce they are stingy with bbq sauce for whatever reason . The potato salad is so good to me and the baked beans . Never had a problem at this location ever besides today. I’m hot about my ribs 🫠

Not real sure why this place has a 4 star rating. It's truly undeserving of it. Today was my first time eating here and I must say it was not worth the 16.95 I paid. The ribs had more fat than meat AND they were boiled!!!! Yuck!!!! Shane should be ashamed of himself. The Mac and cheese was mushy and the coleslaw was swimming in mayo. I will never eat here again. I DO NOT recommend this imposter claiming to be bbq!!!

Today 5/30/32 Great food but the service was not as good as before. The cashier may have been new. She messed up several orders. The manager had to speak with her. I ordered chicken and ribs dinner and a small peach cobbler for my husband and I had the smoked chicken wings with lemon pepper sauce . I should ordered a larger peach cobbler. It was really good.
