Wendy's

This Wendy's is always the worst. I put in a mobile order 47 minutes before I came. It wasn't ready. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I called and asked when it would be ready. All the girl would say is, "We're working on it." Since it's been over an hour, I asked again how long it would take. Again I was told, "We're working on it." If you have the extra five minutes I'd recommend either the Wendy's on Macland or the Wendy's on Austell Road. I won't be headed back to this one.

Normally, Wendy's are great places to eat! However, especially in recent times, this location seems to be lagging. Our most recent order was deficient in the promised dessert (a specialty sundae) by having a quarter or less of a cookie on it, yet advertised by photo with much more. Our substitution of a baked potato for fries was repeated several times, and checked by an attendee; yet they got the order wrong. Also, no barbecue sauce or ketchup was provided for the orders, even though we requested it. (Bottom line is the order was not checked as to what had been entered in the ordering system.) Also, the rate of serving drive-thru customers was slow, much less than normal. Finally, there was an argument going on with employees inside the restaurant: one of them who was gathering the food was not wearing a mask, and he argued with (evidently) the manager who was trying to correct him on that (a violation of law in our localé). 'Nuff said! Dave would not be proud of this location.
