So I’ve used many car rental services in the past but always come back to Smithtown!!! Nick, Chris, Eric are always willing to help , go the extra mile to accommodate! When the original rental I had was too low to the ground ( not as young as I used to be-lol) they put me into another vehicle.. Both vehicles were immaculate and no issues- if I needed to go to another location they took me .. my rental services are now over received my car back and Eric took me to dealer to pick it up after all drivers had left for the day! If you need rental services this is your place to go ! Love this TEAM!!!

I recently received a rental from Enterprise. I worked with Chris at the front desk and he secured a beautiful vehicle for me for a week. I could not be happier with their customer service. The car was immaculate and drove wonderfully. It was such a pleasure doing business with this location I would highly highly recommend them.

If you are looking to rent a car look no further than Enterprise of Smithtown! I have used them several times and the manager Nick was exceptional! I was in two accidents within the past year and Nick helped me both times and had me picked up and got me into a car immediately that fit my budget. So if you are in need of a rental I wouldn’t use anyone else than the Smithtown location!

I really appreciate the help we received from Smithtown enterprise, specifically from Ian Byrd, when we were stranded in Lawrence, Massachusetts after our rental broke down. We needed Ian's help to convince the Lawrence, Massachusetts branch to give us a replacement vehicle. Otherwise we would have been stuck there for hours more. Again , kudos to Ian and Smithtown for their timely assistance and follow up, excellent customer service!
