I had the pleasure of savoring a scrumptious Everything Egg Bagel with Lox, adorned with red onion and capers, and it was an absolute delight! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was top-notch too. The staff was not only quick in serving but also incredibly friendly, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. A perfect 10/10 for both the delicious meal and the outstanding service!

Because Bagel Factory is 0pen 24/7, their tasty breakfast foods can be enjoyed at any time! Their coffee is delicious and has always been fresh. I love my bagels with cream cheese & sliced onion there. But because of the unhealthy fat, I will often have avocado as a healthy fat substitute for cream cheese. Add salt and pepper; it becomes a taste sensation. Thanks for making it even better, Bagel Factory

I consider myself a bagel store expert. I try bagel stores all over long island and this is my favorite... For me, price is very high on my list of priorities. Bagel gallery keeps their prices affordable, values the importance of customer loyalty and fairness. They don't participate in the price gouging many other bagel stores partake in. The bagels themselves are just ok, more like bread than a bagel, but I appreciate the slight lack of quality to keep the price down. I don't live local, but whenever I'm in the area I'll make it a point to come here.

A 24 hour bagel store in Suffolk that has reasonable prices to go with it. Although they made a mistake with my egg sandwich, the bacon instead of sausage was actually delicious which for me is normally not the case as I’m not a BEC person, but damn it was good. The bagel was perfect as well and the coffee was HOT.
