The food was good. The staff looked as though they had all had a big night the night before. We dud get overcharged - but got a refund with no drama. One staff member looked as though she had energy and was courteous and friendly. The young man that served us needed to borrow some energy from the other staff member.

Had to wait over an hour for 1 breakfast burger and hash browns. The staff even came out and asked me what i had ordered and then went back in and forgot about me.. i had to go inside and ask where my food was, only to be asked what i had ordered again by the same guy... they had kindly offered me a refund which i thought was the least they could do. I got my money and waited for my burger again.. however, they were just looking at me, not making my food in any rush. Then after another 15 mins, when i had asked AGAIN, they said "oh sorry... didnt realise you still wanted it?" Of course i do, ive waited over an hour already, im hungry and just want my food. Absolutely ridiculous. No apologies or anything from them either.

Absolutely appalling customer service. 5+ young workers at the front all working at a snails pace whilst lots of customers are waiting to be served with zero urgency to speed things up. 2 workers more concerned about what they’re ordering for themselves and getting that food whilst forgetting about their actual customers. No manager to be seen. Pathetic.

Here is my order, hungry jacks had bad service, refund refusal and arragont karen manager that didn't listen and gave me melted sloppy sundaes that were false advertising. Bad review of manager Karen and her bad management to refuse refund 🙄 and not fix bad product. I demand an apology and a sundae refund, scrappy service.

Wow! Disgusting!! Had to reverse out of drive through after 20 minutes, then had to wait another half an hour for our order and when we finally got home with a crying little grandson there was a burger and chips missing! Where was a supervisor? Little dirty twirps that don't care should not be left alone to serve paying customers!
