We got threatened tonight at 11.30pm by a Mcdonalds staff member when ringing to advise our order was completely wrong.. We called to get told to get "our lads" what lads? And told the wrong bag was taken as this was an uber eats order. We got hung up on to call back and get threatened.. Don't bother with them ESP with uber eats as nothing gets resolved.

McDonald's Smithfield is a complete madhouse and I say that as a compliment to the staff. My wife and family went through there on Easter, and it was insane with the amount of traffic the place gets. The Manager processed everyone quickly and the people there we're wonderful. Our Breakfast McMuffins, Soy Chai Lattes and everything we're made to perfection and more. Great spot, it's a mad house - but a sign that it's a top place!

Food is always hot and tastes great because this is one of very few stores that takes pride in ensuring the food they send out is actually edible. Burger buns and fries are NEVER old and stale and the employees I've encountered in drive thru have always been positive and professional. I totally love coming to this McDonald's store! Also the frappes are always full to the brim and not half empty.

The worst service ever. Honestly the fact we had to wait to order for over 20 minutes was not great, and waited for our food for another 20 minutes didn’t help. Staff walked past till and I was waiting trying to get their attention and I was completely ignored. When spoken to staff they were nothing but rude! Let’s add salt to the injury our was also cold
