So good. I'm gonna be craving this Cuban for days.
Sandwiches were both super well-constructed. Collards were sweeter than I'm used to, but they were still good. Prices were very reasonable, I would have gladly paid more for this meal too.

The Wait was a long time,(1 hour), 3 wonderful glasses of ice cold lemonade, then it dawn on me, Mother's Day weekend:) Prom weekend, dresses and dates and worried Moms came in . Grandmother's, mom's and daughter's with the tiniest baby's girls came in stroller. What a marvelous time. When food came I was pass hungery..
The Smithfield restaurant true to it's name delivered its best!

We ate here for the first time and it was delicious!! The Southern Gent Chicken sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches my husband said he’s ever eaten.
Our server was friendly and made a lot of great suggestions of menu items since this was our first time. The manager came around and chatted with us and helped our server out being they were so busy.
Food came out quickly. This will definitely be our go to restaurant every time we venture out to Smithfield.

Such a charming exterior...who would have guessed the extraordinary experiences waiting inside?
The service was spot on, everyone was delightful and just about anticipated our every need. The menu was filled with amazing things...many familiar dishes, many had a really interesting twist. All of our food brought smiles to our faces. I will definitely come back. And as a bonus, do yourself a favor and pick up some of the cured ham and other treats in the market.

I stopped in today for lunch with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. It's a local hotspot for food so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Everybody had something different in everyone enjoyed their food. Our waitress was Maggie and she was very delightful, efficient and good with the kids. Kids. We will definitely come here again and recommend this place to everyone.

This place never fails. Any time of the day, they are on point. The staff is excellent front and back of the house. The food is tasty. It has a unique feel. I applaud the bartender! The server was very knowledgeable about the food. BEST PLACE IN SMITHFIELD!

This was not my first visit and it won't be my last. I have had breakfast and lunch here a few times. Pork. If that's in your vocabulary you'll like Taste of Smithfield. The club sandwich with Smithfield ham became on of my favorites today. Excellent service and atmosphere, I highly recommend it.
