Perfect mom and pop establishment. Locals go. Friendly simple and delicious. The burgers are fresh made and the fries are fries, not shoestrings. Try the chicken salad. Also get the chili on those cool days.

Things that make a great hot dog spot. 1. Pepsi/Coke Menu Board 2. Old Beat-up Sign 3. Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
Zack's has all 3 of those. Solid dogs. I do like my slaw a bit creamier, but it was still nice.

If you're not eating lunch here, you're missing out! FRESH food, delicious and homemade just like grandma made! Chicken salad is outta this world, Chilli, BLT and hamburgers. Outstanding!

We enjoyed our visit here! The burger tastes awesome. Loved the grilled flavor and super fresh toppings. Also, they checked on us periodically. Customer service is awesome! I also enjoyed the atmosphere, it was very relaxed. Good food, cozy feel. We'll be visiting when we're in Smithfield.

Homemade chicken salad sandwich on toast was really good. The double bacon cheeseburger was excellent and the fries were nice and crispy. Great sweet Tea and the staff is really cool. It's an old school place that brings you back to a simpler time. Been going every chance I get since my coworker told me about it.

This is one of those places that kinda reminds you of an old TV show called Cheers but without the alcohol. It seemed Everyone knew each other, super friendly atmosphere. The food was really good. The staff was super nice. This was my first time here but it was a really good experience.
