Domino's Pizza

Horribly over-salted. Delivery service was quick. Driver was very polite. Food was nice and hot. My lady liked the pizza. I had the Feta and Spinach Breadsticks. The breadsticks were too salty to eat more than a couple bites and ended up in the Garbage. On previous occasions also had issues with oversalting. Sad when half of an order is inedible. The quality control has been lacking over the last year or so. Hit or Miss at this location. One of their competitors will be getting our business in the future.

This location forgot part of my order. When I called to get it delivered the so called manager told me it would take three hours for them to get it out to me. When I complained about that he told me if I didn’t like it then don’t order on a Friday night then hung up on me. This manager has many complaints about him but nothing is ever done about it. He definitely needs to be trained in customer service or fired. We order from there almost every Friday and have never been told about the mix and match deal. I guess they are trying to make their numbers look good at the expense of their customers.

Store is plain awful. You can hear the staff verbally abusing each other from the drive though. It's embarrassing that this establishment is ran at this level. The only worker here than seems to have any decency is Daniel. He excels and that store probably would burn to the ground without him. Even when the other employees are obviously breaking code of conduct he puts customer service first. Management needs to step in and fix this broken store. Once your one good employee is gone it'll be over.

The staff gave me the wrong order. After calling the store and having a team member hang up on me, I had to drive all the way back there to get my correct order, which had been sitting there for quite some time. The manager on duty tonight (9/23/2020 @ 7:15 pm), who was very rude by the way, refused to remake my order or compensate me for my inconvenience. He said it was the system's fault as it no longer prints labels to place on the pizza boxes and that drivers mix orders up all the time. That explanation does not make me feel comfortable, nor does it have anything to do with me as a customer. I would have liked to have my correct order fresh and hot no matter what new system is in place!!! I am highly disappointed!
