Very well organize place I'm one of the employees there and I will say this is one of the best restaurant I ever worked for everybody is made fresh for our customer we take pride in everything we do and breakfast is so good O recommend everyone stop by you won't be disappointed
Great customer service, warm fresh tasty food! Sometimes it is crowded but not in the mornings but they should be! Super yummy breakfast items!
Chick-fil-A (Old Orchard) recently catered our event and it exceeded our expectations! Owner Mike Kim, Manager Jacob Waldman, and their staff do a fabulous job. Everyone at our event loved the food and we can't wait to use Chick-fil-A again soon! I highly recommend them!
Customer service is always great whenever I come,... and I come quite often now since it's a great place for me to meet with clients and team members between Chicago and the northern suburbs (when it's not too busy, of course) My coffee is always refilled for me, so it is always hot to keep me productive.

I'm so excited that there is a chic fil a close to me! It was busy when I walked and I waited 2 minutes before they kind cashier took my order. 5 minutes later I was stuffing my face!! it was even better that the employees were walking around the dining area giving wonderful service. Needless to say chic fil a old orchard is Lit! Great experience ❤️

The best Fried Chicken Sandwich out there! I could really taste the difference between the quality of this chicken and cheese compared to other places. Overall, I wouldn't say Chick-fil-A is the best fried chicken burger I've had, but when comparing to similar fast food options, it has been my standout. Super fast service especially for how busy it always is there. They have a great efficient procedure put in place to accommodate.
Chick-fil-A is so yummy! The staff is always so nice and greet the customers which is awesome and a friendly service. Their customer service is fantastic. Yes, it’s crowded but that doesn’t bother me so much. Order always exactly as requested. They always have our order ready fast and efficient. We've liked everything we've tried so far...food looks fresh, good presentation and taste great. The food is awesome and my kids always leave happy when we dine here. We really satisfied on our food. It was high quality level of food. Great clean establishment. Highly recommend chick-fil-A, you wouldn't have disappointed if you give it a try.

Table was not clean, but there were plenty more to choose from. Eventually some did make their rounds to come and clean the table.
The playground is not open.
There werent any place on website or even recorded message when called. So can only visit to find out.
Friends visiting from outside the States who had never had Chick-fil-A and we ordered this for a quick lunch at home. Even with the sandwiches delivered, they raved about how fantastic it was. Food is always very carefully, freshly and correctly prepared.
