Willow Glen Cafe

The place was really cozy inside and it felt very welcoming. The food was great. My muffin breakfast sandwich was terrific, way better than a McDonald's sandwich. My children really enjoyed their pancakes which the waitress happily split for them to share. The coffee was hot and freshened regularly. Overall, I would say this is a great option if you happen to be in the area and looking for a breakfast place.

A cute little diner with friendly service and good food. All three of us enjoyed our meals and they had no problem serving us when we came in less than an hour before closing. We had the fish sandwich special, chicken sandwich, and turkey club. Everything was hot and fresh. Would come back again, simple food done well!

Food was very good and tasty! Waitress was friendly and on top of everything except having extra napkins-had to ask her twice for that. The bathrooms they say are handicap accessible but they are extremely narrow and not wide enough for a wheelchair, so my dad wasn’t able to go to the bathroom while we were there. There’s a bar on the wall, but can’t manage to get a wheelchair in the bathroom to be able to reach the bar to use the toilet.

It’s okay. The omelets have no description on the menu, which is rather annoying- what is a veggie omelette? Who knows. Descriptions for food items that are up for interpretation are important. The don’t have gluten free toast, which is fine, but this limits what I can eat because I have celiacs, like 15%+ of the population. The bacon sucks, which is rough because that is the best part about breakfast, no one likes bacon like this other than dogs. Incase you are curious, your home fries are actually called cottage fries. :) However the server was great, I worked in this industry for some time and have high expectations and she was super nice, did everything right. She is great, and was the only one here with a packed house. She is what brings this place up in ratings.

The inside was bigger and cleaner than we expected. There is seating for aortic 45-50 people. We were asked to wait to be seated even though there were several seats available The blueberry pancakes were delicious and bacon was cooked perfectly. My husband's breakfast was ok, but he wasn't exclaiming over the homefries (kind of bland), eggs & sausage. The Italian toast was good.
