Customer service was NOT there. After sitting in drive thru for at least 10 min after they took the card order next to us. The worker answered the intercom with a bad attitude. Then when we got to the window the worker gave us our drink then Slammed the window on my mom after she asked for a spoon without acknowledging her in a rude manner. Once we called the management afterwords she was also rude to us. Stating she will talk to him but had no other concerns or how she could have fixed it. Severly upset as well due to our drink a Chocolate milkshake came out not MIXED either.. highly upset over the common curtesy that’s part of your job has disappeared. Will not recommend this place for food or drinks neither for there common courtesy skills as those have disappeared as well

The food was good the lobby looked nice...no rush didn't wait in drive through long however we had to pull forward and wait for fries. We're were missing a sandwich so i went in...
The issue was simple however the sandwich maker...she needs some training for her job. .all she did was run her mouth...all she did was run her mouth about the sandwich...talking down to coworkers especially in front of customers is unprofessional and uncalled for. Mistakes happen...it wasn't even that busy...

Found a hair in my food. I got a chicken sandwich, but there were no tomatoes in my sandwich. I at least got lettuce, but it was super soggy, and the ratio of lettuce to chicken was off, there was so little lettuce. The chicken was a bit soggy as well. I couldn’t taste any mayo. As far as the chicken goes, besides being a bit soggy, it didn’t taste like chicken to me. My sprite tasted like it was just water. I got a lemonade and same thing. It was a long wait for the food as well, though it wasn’t busy. As far as opinions, nothing tasted good, nothing really appetizing. I wish the workers could maybe be more sanitary such as hairnets, though I’m not sure if they were wearing gloves or not. I’m giving one star because though the fries were not appetizing in my opinion, they didn’t make me lose my appetite.

Had a less than positive experience. The wait time was ungodly long and then after waiting I at least figured my food would be fresh. That was an incorrect assumption as it was cold not appetizing or flavorful.

Best service! Orders were correct. Staff paid attention to every little detail, like a fork for my bunless breakfast sandwich. It's a breath of fresh air!

The service was most definitely unacceptable. The food was out of the wrappers. The employees were stressed and there was nobody else but me there. There was little to no order. The total time to receive my food was 21 minutes.

Stopped here on the way home for quick lunch because it was a 10 hr drive that day. There was a issue with the card reader. The nice lady working said lunch was on her. Excellent customer service I didn't catch her name, but she is a diamond in the rough.

Wow just left BK and have to disagree with the negative comments. Food was good for a drive drive and employees were super nice. I have learn through experience that people respond in kind. If you are nice, then they are nice. Even went back through for an ice cream cone.😉
