I understand that it's hard to keep the place staffed, but that doesn't excuse arbitrarily closing the lobby when the drive through gets slammed to avoid dealing with incorrect drive through orders. They literally locked customers inside to keep drive through customers from entering to get their order corrected on 2022-04-04. Side note, boneless wings were great after the 15 min wait!

Placed a mobile order at 5:30, got to the drive though for them to let me know they closed at 5. Why am I able to place an order then and why does your google listing show you are open until 8? Might want to update that. The employee was rude and told me that I can call the 1-800 number to get my money back. How is that my fault and why should I be expected to call and waste more time after I wasted 15 minutes driving to the restaurant. Pathetic, this location will not be open for much longer, clearly.

Fantastic customer service. I’m pretty positive there wasn’t many people working tonight, there had to of been only 2-3 people working if that! The guy who took my order was so kind, I’ll definitely be stopping by more often.I got the cheese and beef sandwich delicious as always

We were so thankful that the indoor dining was open again. The food was delicious as usual. Nice to see smiling employees, also we rang the bell.

I walked in and the place was spotless clean floors clean bathrooms and soap in the dispenser the good kind to I had the BLT it's the best second to none it was 9pm I was very impressed..

I had an amazing experience here this evening! For some reason my card was declined, and I had no other payment with me. Robert was amazing and helped me with my order. Fantastic customer service beginning to end! I will never eat at another Arby’s in Sioux Falls. Great work you guys. You have an amazing team! Keep doing what you’re doing!
