Pizza Hut

The food is pretty good. The pizzas are great but the cheesy bread isn't terribly cheesy... It has a thin, almost just a sprinkling of cheese and is over-seasoned. The pizzas however have always come out right with generous toppings and the pepperoni is always nice and crispy but the pizzas are always perfectly cooked no matter how many or few toppings I've picked they are never burned and never undercooked. The lobby is very cramped and minimal seating. The interior lighting is quite dim, a bit more dim than I feel it should be, I understand that it's for atmosphere but it feels a little dark in the back of the restaurant, furthest from the register. The staff in restaurant were rather dismissive and seemed uncaring. There was a "line" that was actually a bunch of people crammed in and people were not assisted in order of arrival but by whoever crowded to the counter first. That being said the driver's are always nice and generally a few minutes early. I have even had driver's willing to run back out to their cars to get me red pepper packets (I'm in a 3rd floor apartment and would never make someone do that for me). In short, don't dine in because the staff are rude and don't get cheesy bread unless you specify to them that it needs to actually be gooey and cheesy not sad bread sticks. The pizzas are great and the driver's are wonderful.

If your planning on getting what you ordered don't eat here. Was a dine in order really simple order 3 personal pan pizza and a medium pizza and 2 orders of wings. The server informed us that they were out of personal pans so they would bring us a medium half and half to make up for it. The dining room was empty and it took about a half hour to get the personal pans that we ordered not the medium that they said they would give us so we had one child without food so they brought us a third personal pan which took 15 minutes when they told us it would only take 6 minutes. We also never got our medium pizza that was just a ordered. horrible experience all around!

I gave a 2 since I do normally enjoy Pizza hut. (otherwise would have given one star) Saturday November 3rd was my daughter's birthday. I ordered 7 large pizzas. I submitted my order online at about 3pm for a 530 delivery time so they had some heads up. 530 arrives with hungry children and no pizza. Finally at 6 the delivery driver called as I requested and I asked him to bring the pizza to the pool area. He said he could as he had to bring another order in as well. There lies my answer....they waited to bring my order until the other order was done so they didn't have to make two trips. On top of their 3.25 delivery charge I tipped $7 for the hassle....only to open the boxes to cold pizza. All the cheese was like rubber and the pizza didnt look the slightest bit appealing. No taco sauce for taco pizza. $85 in pizza people ate ONLY because they were hungry...I couldn't even touch it and went out for food later that evening. Highly disappointed.

The very definition of mediocrity. The spectrum of customer satisfaction you can expect from this Pizza Hut ranges from "Mildly Disappointing" at it's best to "At least they delivered it at all" I've had a few bad experiences with them that left me swearing off Pizza Hut for several months. Twice now they've never brought my pizza. The first time they blamed me for not being able to find my house. Even though it's right where Google Maps says it is and they'd delivered here before. They also never called to ask directions, and waited until I called them to tell me that they cancelled the order. The second time, they cancelled due to "weather" and never notified me that they had cancelled. Since I'm used to them taking a minimum of a half hour longer than they estimate, it was almost two hours before I called in just to be told that they cancelled. If I could order delivery from a different Pizza Hut I would, but I tried and they just send it over to this store to make and deliver. I guess this store isn't quite bad enough that I'd be willing to order carry out from a different Pizza Hut just yet. Unfortunately for me, I really like Pizza Hut Supreme pizza with pan crust, and this store sells a pizza that mostly resembles that. If you set your expectations REALLY low there's still a 50/50 chance that they're going to disappoint.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. We are currently staying at a hotel. We ordered from this location. Our order was incorrect. Also we did not receive any plates or napkins. Went I called to complain about my order. The manager, Christina argued about how we ordered. Also advised they do not offer plates unless asked before hand. Worst 40$ spent. Will probably not choose pizza hut for a long time.

I am a little disappointed. The pizza finally arrived. But it was an hour and 45 minutes after I put in the order. The pizza also arrived at room temperature. I microwaved it because my wife and I were hungry. When I called at the hour mark, the lady at this location istantly asked if I can be out on hold. After 10-12ish minutes on hold I hung up. Called back a bit later and got transferred to what I assume was a call center. The gentlemen was very kind and refunded some of my meal. I've worked in food and retail. I understand when days get busy. Leaving someone on hold is rude. I would have liked some sort of notification that my order was going to be delayed by that amount...

EDIT: I never got my replacement pizza! I waited up until 10pm, and they never showed. I called before closing (11pm), but got the corporate office. They tried to contact the store, but still no answer even when corporate called. Not sure what happened, and I'm not going to make any assumptions, but I'm disappointed that I was guaranteed a replacement pizza that I never got. I was hungry!!! :) Fantastic service by the manager. She was understanding and was kind enough to send a pizza with just pepperoni out, so that I could eat. There's no way I'm eating the current one with bacon on it! The bacon from Pizza Hut is a no go for me... Pizza Hut should do some product research and get rid of the globs of uncooked fat they call bacon.

They were over an hour late on my delivery. I had to call corporate and all. Turns out they said he left 10 minutes ago when he hadn't even left yet. Worst part is I live 4 blocks away. I was gonna tip nicely, but dude took so long by the time I got the pizza I didnt want it. I shouldve just picked up. You guys never mess up the pizza but u take FOREVER!!!
