Coffee & Bagels

I have only been to this Caribou location a few times, and I cannot attest to the quality of bagels since I haven't tried them. The customer service has always been decent here, but the quality of the drinks really depends on the barista. The last time I ordered here the iced mocha I received was really disappointing. The amount of chocolate syrup was sickening, as it sat at the bottom of the cup and overpowered the coffee. I ended up having to pour most of it down the drain when I went home, which was a sad waste of five dollars.

General Manager was absolutely unprofessional. Threatened to call the cops on my wife on a simple missed bagel on our order. Wouldn't give us our receipt to check if we missed. All it takes is a simple "I'm sorry you didn't order that" instead arguing over a simple missed order. I am not one of those people who complain over small things I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with the female manager on this day.

Their cabin-like interior design is comfortable, and clean. The coffee itself is not the best coffee I've ever had, but it is strong and smooth, average on the scale of coffee I've tasted. Three drinks in and I can feel the caffeine, awesome. They also seem to not have any ceramic mugs, only takeaway cups that you would imagine being free at a fancy hotel. They also serve their coffee extremely hot, so be sure to wait to taste.

Well i just got off a 20 hour shift. Wanted to have a good coffee for when i got home and to my surprise I had half the drink in my cup holder. There was a sizeable crack in the cup that gave it a steady flow. Wish I could get a refund but I was never given a receipt. I was very disappointed. I have recommended people to go there in the past. But this one is now off my list.

Absolutely love this location. I ordered three drinks and a breakfast sandwich. It took them around 5-6 minutes for everything. They apologized multiple times and gave me a free drink for the wait. I didn’t have to complain or even mention anything at all and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Moments like this are the reason I come to Caribou and not Starbucks. Keep up the good work ladies!
