I ordered from the ap and picked up at the store. The food was right on time and the staff asked me for my name to get my order for me very quickly. I love the new shrimp option and I also got additional chips and cheese. I will be getting the shrimp again in my next bowl. Everything has a great portion size and tastes amazing! The only thing I would want to change is to get more chips but that is because they have some of the best chips in town and I want to much on them all afternoon.

First time here felt very rushed. Could’ve been hotter. Just felt like they wanted to get our order over with probably won’t be back. I expected this to be better than Taco Bell but I truly wish I could go back in time and go to Taco Bell! Also the store looked very dirty which was weird because from the outside it looks new. Clearly the employees do not care about the customers experience..

I go to the east side qdoba by the interstate a few times a week. The food is pretty good for the price, and the staff is always really helpful and friendly! I’ll usually go out of my way to go to the east side one because the employees know what I like and always make me smile somehow! Good work everyone!

I will NEVER do business with Qdoba on 10th and Lowell in SFSD. I ordered via their app, received a text stating my food would be delivered at a certain time and another text stating my food was on its way. I then received a phone call from their delivery driver and he stated, “naomi? I have your food..” and then he hung up on me. I waited another 10 minutes before calling Qdoba directly when the first gentleman I spoke to said “I don’t know what to tell you” and put me on hold without warning. A woman came on the line and said “there’s nothing I can do for you, this is our noon hour, you’ll have to get information from online, have a nice day” and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and demanded she speak to me about my food not being delivered. After arguing with me and refusing me a corporate phone number, she provided me the DoorDash phone number and then offered me an “envelope of free entree coupons” and told me to come pick them up after work and if she wasn’t there not to worry as she would communicate this all with the next manager on duty. I go to Qdoba after I am off only to find out she has NOT prepared anything for me and she has NOT communicated this with the next manager. So the manager on duty gets into the cash register and hands me two USED free entree coupons THAT ARE EXPIRED!!!! I’m livid. Disgusted. Do better.

The person making my food was helpful and friendly. All of the staff was great. I am normally love Qdoba because I can get a healthy meal fast. My main complaint was that the lid didn't fit my bowl... not even a little. They used tape and it didn't hold. I had a mess all over the bottom of my bag (and then on my desk.) I ended up having to use my own dish for the leftovers. I went around 2pm so it wasn't their busiest time but they didn't take the extra time to go find the right lids.
