DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE!!! If I could give it a negative review I would!!! I get it's not an easy job but how hard is it to get my order right. Its happened multiple times and this is my last time going. My order was THREE cheesy gordita crunches... This are not three gorditas. These are not even properly made tacos! One is just a softshell with melted cheese!!! C'mon!!! There's a better Mexican food place next door.

They are doing the lard's work up in that drive thru. They deserve all the forehead kisses. Love the nacho fries, love the chili cheese burritos. Fast and friendly. My mouth says, "yes please".. my belly says, "oh no, not again"..

Isn't open but the lights are on 3/4 of the time. Taco John's has a 30+ car deep line because they actually pay employees enough to stick around. Figure it out.

It'd be really nice if every time I got a drink without ice, it wasn't watered down. I don't know if it's intentional, or if the machine is somehow broke, but it's really disappointing. I order my drinks without ice so they don't get watered down.

Manager on duty at 6:30 pm refused any extra courtesy after failing to complete my 52 dollar order properly. And I had to go pick up the missed item. 4/2/22
EDIT: the item I received was the one they forgot... cold and not appetizing.

Walked in ordered my food Emily C was order taker waiting for my food I noticed the dining room had at least 3 dirty tables and dining room was COLD if my coat wasn't so bulky I would've eaten with it on thats how cold it was in there, as I was eating my food a woman walked in and Emily was too busy talking to her mom or grandma instead of at the counter and not even a be right with you, so now I'm done eating and go to counter for a bag for one thing I brought home again Emily C was talking to other people and saw me at the counter waiting and she walks off to somewhere I'm assuming bathroom but wasn't gone very long so no hand washing and I'm still at the counter waiting for my bag and 4 or 5 employees saw me there and walked right by like I wasn't even there until I said can I get a small bag please.
