Caribou Coffee

Went to this location hoping for the breakfast sandwich I use to love. Even though I was reassured by caribou staff that these sandwiches are not just microwaved, here I was giving it yet another shot and the bagel was super hot to the point I had to wait to eat it and the bagel rubbery and very hard to chew once it was cooled down enough I would not severely burn my mouth. The fact that they went from making the breakfast sandwich when it was ordered, to being lazy and throwing it into the microwave is why I will no longer go to what used to be my favorite place. I love the turtle mocha but if I cannot get the sandwich I'll just be taking my business elsewhere

I appreciate this caribou and I always pick this one when I go because the employees are so nice and go out of their way to make me 2 pup cups for my crazy dogs. They are patient and kind even when the line is slammed and I respect that dearly. Only problem for me is that their HOT coffee drinks always taste a bit watered down so I get an extra shot of espresso to add that flavor back in. Also I love their croissants!!!

Caribou Coffee has always been a favorite of mine. Both the coffee and bagels are great. If you download the app they have a really good reward system where you can earn free goodies and have the option to order ahead/pay virtually. I had some issues with the app registering my points, but customer service was extremely easy and friendly to work with and I got all of my points added. This location has about five tables inside if you are dining in and there are plenty of outlets if you are planning on doing some work.
