Love the small Japanese opened by a Caucasian. Best Japanese food ever. He's friendly and engaging. He's a 1 man show so please do be understanding.

All escalators from ground level to 2nd and 3rd level shop could not be used- Blocked . The side lift can only go up to 2nd floor. Not user friendly to shoppers! Most of the shops space are empty or closed

No safe distancing while waiting for the lift(s) at the both lobby and the service lift lobby... All are crammed like sardine fish... The security are trying their best to stop the crowd but no point, cause the managements don’t give any support...

Parking at upper floor behind. Exit no so clear instructions

Two very fundamental flaws in this building.
1. The elevators are really slow. You can literally wait up to 10 minutes for it, and then it's full.
2. The toilets have absolutely no mobile signal AT ALL. If someone faces an emergency in the toilet, good luck.
