Almost non descript shop in the light industrial estate on the 6th floor, illuminated by their blue signboard with pink edges in a dark corridor. This is the factory side so don't expect a fancy shop. They accept only cash for orders, and you can WhatsApp them to order in advance.
For those driving take note of the address as you may go into the wrong industrial estate just next to it
Food wise, I've been a supporter since trying it at the TPY Lor 1 market location. Fantastic tasting char siew bao and shou tao!
