Ordered delivery of some ice cream tubs. They sent the tubs in bare plastic bags. No thermal bag, no dry ice. Tubs came with ice cream completely melted. Terrible experience.

Worst experience at this branch. Went to collect birthday cake after work around 630pm. Needed to rush off for birthday dinner. Upon reaching, shop was closed and signboard indicated “Out for Break”. Waited a good 45mins until 7+, there was no contact number to call. Had to call head branch but nobody pick up. Not sure if they are even working. No replies until today.
Anyway, 2 staff came back with food in their hands. Thought they went out to eat? I guess not.
Staff were rude and did not even apologise for keeping their customers waiting.
Seems like the branch allows two staff to disappear together for dinner break but I guess they didn’t even eat.
Had a very unpleasant experience with island creamery. Missed birthday dinner, cake was bad.
Expected better customer service. Head branch didn’t even get back to me on my WhatsApp until today.
100% Will not recommend.

As a tea lover, teh tarik ice cream is good. It's not too sweet. Would love the tea taste to be even stronger but it's already very good compared to competitors

STRONG BUY!! Always loved their Pulut Hitam and Tek Terik ice cream. Wonderful comfort food. Brother- in-Law and his family from Canada loved it! However, must admit the mudpie seemsbto be losing its zing! Even my 85 yr old mom loves it
