Service 4/5, some waitress are not proficient with Chinese but tried their best till their manager took over. Food 3/5 - Nice but I felt that for the prices, it could be tastier. Will probably only visit again for special occasions. Location 4/5 - Located at the park, near car park. There are buses to the park and about 3-5 mins walk to the restaurant. Can take a stroll after meal.

First visit after easing of SMMs, great to see crowd is returning. Staff are friendly & hard working. However I think there is only one person is tasked to take order. Therefore be prepare to raise your hand frequently to call for ordering or other service. Food is decent. Price slightly on high side. And no 3G Credit card terminal. The worst part is the white blouse manager was too lazy of doing credit card refund. Just replace with bottle water. Trying to close a fast one.

Food is decent, price is slightly side. Crab around 900gram over one hundred dollar. Service has big room for improvement, insufficient manpower, tea is not being top up and only specific 1 or 2 waitress around the table can take order or bill. Phone receptionist can be more polite towards customers booking request.

One of our personal favourites is the House of Seafood Singapore at The Punggol Settlement. While the location may not be the most central, it’s well worth making the trip out for some of the best seafood in town. We were there for their award-winning crabs and the delicious appetizers kept us extra hungry while waiting. Please remove the pet friendly banner since it's no longer pet friendly like before. The table we sat is parking area of tables and bicycles. Staff set the table for us. It's very sunny and we asked to move the table on shaded area, staff said wait a moment, after 10min no one came and the food is already served. We haven't touched it as we're waiting for table to be moved. At the end we helped to move but we can't fully move it to shades area as we'll be blocking the walk way for deliveries. Who would want to dine under the sun in singapore 😅. If it suddenly rains then that's it. Thankfully, today is windy and not too humid.

Superb experience here. You get a nice sea breeze and view sitting outdoors but caution on the mosquitos. The staff provides mosquito repellent upon request. Crab meat was fresh (we opted for male crab that gives more texture to the meat), salted egg sauce was nicely done. Loved their vegetables, signature pork rib (specialty lemon sauce) and the crispy beehoon. Only thing bad was the fried mantou. My fav part of the meal was the super attentive and thoughtful service by our server. Thumbs up!!!
