Payment page hang today on 29 Nov from 6:30 pm. Tried calling to report the error and to make delivery order by phone, but answered by automated answering without a human operator picking up the continuous call.
Pizza Hut must ensure that their online infrastructure consistently works. Their fallback system such as phone must work when their IT one fails.
