I had Gindaco in Genting before and it is the best takoyaki I ever had. First time trying Gindaco in Singapore Ion, it was very disappointing. We all agreed the sauce doesn't seem right, it was ultra salty and spoils the overall taste. The difference can't escape foodies' tongues. Sadly, it's a failed franchise.

Crispy on the outside, soft of the inside. Definitely one of the better tako you can get in SG. Tamago topping is recommended. Tried both the tamago and the mentai, preferred the tamago one.

There isn’t any queue at 4pm so I got mine fairly quick on the spot. It was hot n soft on the inside n crispy on the outside. Delicious $6 for 6pcs original yum. Taste good just like what I had in Harajuku, Tokyo

Best Takoyaki in Singapore This is my first time trying GINDACO outlet in Singapore. 😋 It's did not disappoint me as it had almost the same standard that I had in Japan🇯🇵 The wheat flour-based batter is crispy at the outer layer and soft starchy in the centre. (It meant to be like that but not all will like) The sauce and bonito flakes is the best combination. 👍 Keep up your standard and quality GINDACO.

Didn’t like the texture, it’s outer layer is the crispy-hard kind of takoyaki. The filling is good with the octopus but the taste of the inner flour is bland. Presentation looks good though. For the taste and price, doesn’t seem too worth the money for me at $1.00 per piece. I will not queue for this tbh. It’s located inside the food court. I prefer Achichi takoyaki I had in Osaka.

Great takos, fav. but 3rd time getting wrong order, first 2 times I managed to walk back to correct my order for the missing topping. This time I paid for teritama and came home without any egg. Disappointing. Hope they rmb to check orders and tally with chit sheet before serving or packing. Contacted them, they provided compensation for next visit. Good service recovery.

Probably still one of the best place to satisfy your takoyaki cravings in sg, but still a far fetch from what you can get in ordinary stall in Japan. The ball is big, and crispy on the outside, but lack of the oozing piping hot filling on the inside. Hope gindaco can improve on this to get my 5 star rating.

Surprised to see Gindaco Singapore nested within a food court. Ordered the Cheese and Mentaiko Takoyaki. This is definitely a dish you should eat while it's hot for the best taste experience, and I was reminded to do so. Generous amount of Mentaiko sauce, and I like how it's seasoned; flavourful but not so heavy that it's overwhelming. A nice nostalgic taste of Japan, as I've not eaten this dish for years!
