5 ⭐️ for food… 1 ⭐️ for service. One of the best and most authentic Teochew food you can find in Singapore. The Ngor Hiang and the deep fried ‘Nanru’ pork is especially good. However, the attitude of the female staff is really bad. She was sulking throughout the whole service and was non responsive when we ask for an additional bowl of rice. When we asked politely again, she replied with a very annoying ‘WAIT’. The restaurant was not even crowded at the point and she was definitely not busy. I see no reason for this kind of attitude. If you can tolerate bad service then definitely give this restaurant a try. Otherwise, don’t bother.

Most expensive food served with bad service attitude. We had 2 tables, our food selection were the roast pig, duck, pomphet fish, vegetables, black pepper crayfish, fried kuay teow, fried oysters and Orh Nee. Honestly the food was not that that great and overpriced. For 2 tables it was 800ish in total

So goooddd. Best Teochew foods. The place have private car park so it’s super convenient. The place is air conditioned and the service is great. The food….. wow i think it’s the best Teochew food in the island. The highlights is the cold crab, the kwaychap, the steamed fish, 👍👍👍👍👍 really should try! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the braised platter (medium $25), oyster omelette (original small $16), bittergourd fried with salted egg (medium $12), and yam paste with gingko nuts ($7). The sauce for the braised platter was excellent. There was duck meat, bean curd, pig ears, pig skin, pork belly and intestines, though a bit too much pig skin and too many boney parts for the duck meat. The oyster omelette was not bad. The bittergourd was great with the salted egg sauce. The yam paste was outstanding - cooked fresh to order, thick but not oily with some gingko nuts and pumpkin and the fried shallots went well with it.
