Krazy Salads

Pretty affordable salad! Best thing is they have pumpkin on the day I went (although it's like ice cold). There're 3 hot soups (clam chowder, mushroom soup, minestrone), fruits (watermelon, gauge, dragonfruit, pineapple), spaghetti with red sauce, varieties of salad, and soft serve ice cream (vanilla/ choc)! So worth it paying ~$20 each, considering salad outside alr cost $10 and sometimes more.

I went there on a Saturday evening. There was a slight crowd and we had to wait around 5mins for our table for 3. The staff there were really pleasant, helpful and most importantly patient. They would entertain your queries and questions regarding their food and how does their All-you-can-eat Sirloin steak buffet work. So my friends and I ordered their main course (a sirloin steak for each of my friends and a lava chicken for myself). All of us made the call to go for the add on of the salad buffet which came at an additional $9 - best decision of the night. The salad bar was good, we had no qualms with the salad bar. The vegetables were fresh, there was a hardly a case whereby the staff didnt refill the salads, fruits were great and surprisingly the soft serve was good! Everything seemed to be on the right track and I was looking forward to my main course but that was when it started going downhill. My friends ordered a medium rare steak but both of their steaks were well done. (Massive pet peeve especially when the staff still asked you how would we like our steak done) My lava chicken was at best mediocre, it felt like it was prepared in the microwave. The worst part was they messed up the baked potato. It came out all overcooked, potato was crumbling apart and didnt had any stability at all. The baked potato couldnt even salvage the dish. All in all, our main course was a disappointment and despite having a pleasant time at the salad bar the main course had already done its damage. We told the staff about the issues we had with the main course and they were receptive towards it and gave us a 10% discount at the end of the day. In conclusion, what seemed like a promising meal ended up being a massive let down.
