Heavenly Wang

Service definitely needs to improve, I ordered teh o kosong peng, and coffee siew dai peng, both came sweet. And the guy behind the counter seemed unable to cope / listen to orders properly, could see he was a little frustrated (with another customer as well). Maybe they're understaffed, so management issue in addition to lack of trained staff. The food is also a bit more bland at this outlet, I've had better at other Heavenly Wang, and was disappointed here. The tea wasn't nice either. I wouldn't come back here.

Super bad attitude problem from service staff. When I order, they told me last order is 5.30pm and store close at 6pm. So I have to finish by 6pm. I told them it’s fine since the time was only 5.18pm. When I was ordering, I ordered 6 drinks and the service crew gave an attitude and express unhappiness that I ordered so many drinks. And asked me to leave and state that I have to leave by 5.30pm?

23rd march 2022, 9am breakfast. Unfortunately there's only one person managing this place. He tried to do his best despite being alone. But queue time became quite long despite only 4 or 5 ppl queuing. He needs to man the register, prep the food. By the time i finish, the tray return area is full and unattended. I ordered crunchy toast set. They are just ok. I hope the management can give some appreciation for the sole person managing it.

Used to have nice food at Heavenly Wang and definitely the first choice to have local delights. Unfortunately standard has dropped. Mee rebus gravy is tasteless and noodles overcooked. Disappointing breakfast to start the day. Cooking of the noodles needs skill and should not be overcooked. Obviously the staff were not taught.

Coffee at Heavenly Wang at Harbourfront outlet is not as nice as other outlets such as Waterway Point, Hougang 1, etc... No big paus at Harbourfront outlet, Cash only and the cashier staff over there is not friendly too. He speak to you in a mono-tone and blank look. No signs telling you: We Only Accept Cash. Well, overall, I am not so satisfied with this outlet.
