Burger King

Old fashioned American fare since 1954, Burger King serves most probably the most underrated burgers in town. Just love the Double Mushroom Cheese and Double Whoppers but consistency is the problem with Burger Kin. Our fries were soggy and cold when served; and half of their Star Buys especially those delicious Belgian Chocolate Sundae was not available.

Burger King here is really quite nice. Can sit and people watch. We had Tom yum drumsticks, one latte to share, nuggets and fries. Was really quite pleasant and wasn’t crowded despite the crowds walking about on the weekend at this huge mall. The Tom yum standee was what caught our attention. It was easy to order with AI counters and also human beans inside. Many people stopped and looked at the standee too! Like 1 in every 10 😂 Overall very clean looking as well! Nice!!! 🥰

As we know it, Burger King is a commonly known fast food restaurant that serves reasonably priced burgers. Their new addition the plant based whopper is huge in size and scrumptious in taste. The veg whopper was a great choice and worth its weight. Now the downside 👎 👎 👎 at this branch. Hygiene seems to have taken a backseat. When i entered i was greeted by several empty tables that had rubbish / trash including tissues left behind by previous diners. Looks like cleaning and sanitising tables is not a priority. Tables free from trash had also not been wiped clean. In addition there was trash on the floor. 🤦‍♂️ This outlet of Burger King needs to get its act together and quickly clean / sanitise tables. Already civic minded diners are helping with returning tray / trash. Does Burger King need more help from its patrons ?

Bad management and customer service. Went there at 9:30pm last night (1May2022). Placed my order at the machine for 2 burger meals. Waited for 30mins. Some 4-5 customers were also waiting. I asked to cancel my order if it was still undone. Manager said she had a big order and subsequent customers were to wait for at least 40mins. There was no mention of a 40-min wait anywhere! Who wd wait 40min for a meal in a fast food restaurant! She said it wd be too troublesome for her to switch on the machine to do cancellation! Waited for another 5mins, with no food in sight. She could not see tt it was beyond her to fulfill the orders. A disgruntled customer insisted on cancelling and she finally agreed to void & refund our orders, a simple 3-min job! 40mins for NOTHING! NO APOLOGIES from the manager too... LOUSY MANAGEMENT.
