Fries is crispy and hot, seems like it's freshly fried. Burger is made on the spot upon ordering, I tried the mushroom Swiss tender grill chicken value meal. Arrived at about 1220H, it's the peak lunch hour and there is only 2 staff working. I am not sure if there is manpower crunch. However the food is still delivered within 10 minutes

Service is fast and food served is good too.

Made an order on 2/02/2022 at 8pm. Order was accepted at 820pm. Its almost 10pm and the food is still not here. tried to call MSQ outlet and call went unanswered 3 full times. Went to page to feedback and was given "will get back to u in 24hours time." HELLO? THIS SERVICE AND RESOLUTION FOR DELAYED DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS TERRIBLE BURGER KIND

There were two people handling the whole restaurant at peak dinner hours. This, it took 15 mins to give me one burger and one dessert. This explains why most people go to McDonald's. The food was not bad, atleast it was made fresh on the spot. The kiosks are fast and easy to use. They also have many different options for payment.
