Swensen's

Poor service and waiting attitude. Shirley served my table and slided dishes across the table. Another time, she dropped a saucer with a loud thud. I looked up from my phone that I was using and looked at her, she made brief eye contact and just walked away. Happened a few times as she came along with the different dishes. Bad attitude, won’t speak and doesn’t mention what she’s serving to us. Let the manager know and he gave a flippant reply and told us that he’ll speak to her. I have been a long time swensens customer and this is the worst experience ever. Happy to have the management contact me.

Long waiting time! And we bought just ice cream. There was 9 of us and we ordered a total of 8 ice creams. They came back TWENTY minutes later telling us 3 of our ice creams were sold out, so we ordered two more and waited another twenty minutes for the ice cream, decided to ask the staff about it and it came out within 3minutes after we asked. The place was fairly empty too, if I recall only 3 to 4 other tables were filled. First order made at 5.12pm and last ice cream finally came at 5.48pm!

Finally tried this place after so many years living in the East Coast.... I’ve always walked past this outlet yet never really thought of going inside. It’s also been years since I last had Swensen’s. I would say that the dishes here are adequately priced and offer a meaningful bite. It has a pretty decent variety of food and even the impossible burger.

Worst experience ever. It was a disaster. The brownie was super hard that we couldn't even cut it. The spoon couldn't even pierce the brownie. We had to send it away. Our table near us ordered apple crumble and it had a lot of water. They sent it away too. Delayed service. We ordered pizza, it was OK. It was my first and last time visiting this place.
