Llaollao

This branch is plain horrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. The Chinese lady was teaching the Malay newcomer how to make a large cup of llao llao using MY cup. (I don't mind that, but coudn't they have done it on practice cups?) What was gross and disgusting was that they were talking(or was it spitting) into my cup of yoghurt. That was really unhygeinic. Midway through eating through the llao llao, I felt somthing hanging out of my mouth. There was a strand of plastic from my cup of llao llao. Imagine the unpleasant feeling of happily eating your llao llao and then pulling out a stand of icky plastic from your mouth. How disconcerting. (Thank goodness it wasn't hair) I went back to ask the staff what it was and they told me it was from the spoon. Uh-uh, yeah right. The plastic strand from the "spoon" was nestled really deep inside the cup and it wasn't near the top or anywhere near the spoon as well. Gross. They offered to replace the llao llao. Instead of giving me a full cup, they eyeballed and gave me an amount estimated to be about the amout I had left from my cup. Fair enough. (But seriously, your customer just had plastic hanging out of the customer's mouth and you give the cutomer half a cup of llao lloa..sure okay. Your staff really do know how to bring down the image of your brand.)In addition, your staff were really disgruntled when replacing half a cup of llao llao. It really soured the experience of eating llao llao from this branch.
