For a hotel bar, the staff are surprisingly unprofessiona. A couple of them pranced over to tables around us to chat with their friends (other customers) and were not aware that they were walking over/ in front of our drinks, which were on low tables. A few of them also seemed rather untrained - not knowing when to leave the menu behind or how to deal with a table booking.
