Shake Shack

Burgers tad pricey in relation to the size but definitely yummy burgers. Recommend the original burger & chicken burgers. And don’t forget to get the Concretes (aka frozen custard), just delicious, providing a nicer texture than soft serve. We got the mango popping pearls & chocolate brownie flavours. I have nothing to complain about their food & service

Nice interpretation of a high end fast food burger. I had the basic cheeseburger. The meat was the star and the simple condiments were fresh and complimented the burger nicely. The burger is small, but, for me, it’s vastly better than Five Guys. You can’t go to Shake Shack without having a shake, so I tried the chocolate variety. It was rich and creamy and went with the burger nicely. Overall a good fast food experience.

Great service, delicious burgers and sides. Popular options include shack stack (mushroom & beef) and shack burger (beef). I’d personally recommend going for the double shack burger if you want a flavourful burst of umami. We also had their float, iced lemonade tea and cheese fries. Desserts are okay, not a must try. It’s hard to find seats as well. Overall, worth a visit.

A good place to enjoy a good burger always. Queue is fast and service is good. Spacious and ample seating and I always go for a different burger each time. All I can say, the patties are juicy and flavorful. It’s hard to choose a favorite but you never go wrong with the double SmokeShack ( cheeseburgers ) and Classic Shakes ; for a truly Shake Shack experience

Shake Shack is a fast food restaurant in Jewel Chang Airport that offers a minimalistic menu The presentation of the food was colourful and organised. The burgers were succulent, juicy made out of ground meat. Not your ordinary processed patties from factories. Marination is kept simple but the burst of flavours comes from the layering and assembly of the burger itself. The only flaw to this is that it would be fabulous if it was US Size as of now it is Asian size. The pricing of the burgers is understandably steep. The floats definitely could have looked better. The beer did not have a head at all. Look at the picture of the beer 🍺. It looks so sad 😞. They follow Social Distancing Regulations. 👍. They also have a second floor which currently is closed. The service staff here are not the usual Changi Airport styled staff that we are used to. On the contrary they seem to easily get annoyed, flustered, seemed impolite 👎👎. Felt like a school student, listening to the school Principal. The customer fronting staff definitely need a lot of training.

Best - its the concretes they have and i tried It Takes Two to Mango which was absolute delight. A vanilla ice cream with vanilla custard mixed with tiny mango cubes and mango pearls topped with dried bread cubes and mango cubes. WOW! Average - Shrooms burger. The patty was potato based and the simply toasted mushrooms were topped on it. I expected button mushrooms inside the patty or the patty topped with button mushroom and mushroom sauce but instead they had used the oyster mushroom which gave a fungal smell and sort of was not blending enough into my mouth. I have to mention their bbq sauce was really good.
