Moe's Southwest Grill

I placed a mobile order in hopes that I could run in and run back out when the order was ready. I waited until the time on the email which was set for 10 minutes after I placed the order. When I got to the store, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the time when it said my order was supposed to be ready. The burrito was fine but the chips were soggy and still drenched in frying oil. If you plan to save time by ordering through the app, don’t. It’s faster if you just stand in line. Edit: the second time back was a much better experience.

My family tried Moe's carry out for the first time about a month ago. My order wasn't ready at the time Moe's projected nor was the order of the guy in front of me who said he'd been waiting for around 25 minutes. The food was good but the service was lacking. The workers seemed like they were too busy to acknowledge customers. My 2nd experience was not good either so I'll be trying a different location. Here's how bad my online order was messed up: Order# 82583925 Date: Jun 24, 2022 at 6:49 PM 2 Home Wrecker Bowls, both Adobo Chicken First bowl: we ordered cilantro lime rice and received seasoned rice, was missing the Adobo chicken (not a single piece), requested salsa but did not get any, requested utensils but did not get any. Second bowl: we ordered cilantro lime rice and received seasoned rice, ordered pinto beans but got black beans, requested salsa but did not get any, requested utensils but did not get any.

First, I’d like to say that this is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever been to-constantly. There is trash everywhere, the floors are dirty, tables remain dirty, and the drink and salsa stations are NEVER attended to. DISGUSTING. We have taken long breaks from frequenting this particular store over the past several years because we’ve had so many bad experiences. And, every time we try again we regret it. The quality of the food we received today was horrible. The rice was dried out, and the meat was almost nonexistent. None of the 3 burritos we ordered were prepared correctly. The photo attached is how the drink machine was stocked, or not, at 7:30 PM in the middle of dinner, laughable. The management and ownership of this store is subpar and basically nonexistent, it’s really embarrassing. This will be the last time we even try, after giving this Moe’s store numerous chances we always end up extremely disappointed. And, we enjoy Moe’s. I’ll just have to continue to pick up from the one near my work farther from my home on Pelham Rd. That store is clean and regularly prepares food correctly.

Moe's is a long time stand-by that generally offers good good tacos and burritos made fresh and made quick. While this visit delivered the same quick and fresh made with good and fast service, the store itself was unfortunately filthy. One of the dirtiest eating establishment I have seen. Definitely would not have eaten in and it made us question everything including the food.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. No clean tables, food all over the floors, bathrooms were disgusting, behind the counter was covered food and trash. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days or ever. The hoods above the cook station were covered in grease and black drippings. The salsa bar was dirty and salsa everywhere. The food had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered a bowl and got exactly 4 medium size pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. I had to keep adding salsa to give the bowl any flavor at all. I will say that the salsa was tasty but I had concerns about the holding temperature and cleanliness. My husband ordered a burrito that was falling apart, cold and had hardly no filling or flavor. If I would have seen the restaurant before ordering I would have walked out. Several people complained to the 4 "kids" who were "working" and they didn't seem to be bothered by the state of the restaurant. I wont be back to this location.

This location used to be awesome! After my visit today I will absolutely NOT be returning. The sneeze guard was covered in dust on top and food splash behind. I should have just walked out...but I stayed...who knows why. I ordered nachos and became increasing concerned due to the buildup on the food containers on the line. The salsa bar was not well kept...but I didn't know how bad it was until I got home and discovered the cilantro I got on top of my nachos was absolutely ROTTEN. The Adobo chicken was completely burnt. My nachos were inedible. DO NOT GO HERE.

The last couple times I’ve been to this location the cleanliness does not seem to be a priority. Also reading other recent reviews where other customers sent reviews complaining about the nastiness inside the store and they were told management would be advised, if t does not appear the management cares. This is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever visited. The build up around the salsa bar is unacceptable. The floors have a film of slickness. There were only two tables taken when I sat down. None of the open tables were clean, every table was dirty. I’m done with this location until they get new management.
