My entire family and I love their sandwiches. So fresh and so good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Make sure to sign up for the rewards points, they have great deals and money off some of your combos

Overall, Jersey Mike's is pretty good. They usually have some alright customer service, though it seems as though they either have a bunch of new people, or are understaffed. Either way, they seemed a bit stressed when I went most recently. Not a problem, because I know jobs can be stressful. The food itself is pretty good, and there are a good amount of options for topping and bread. The only major thing for me with Jersey Mike's is that the prices are kind of high, which is fair given that they seem to use actual fairly high quality ingredients.

This local owned jersey Mike’s, does a great job in preparing sub sandwiches. My family and I recently added this location and were impressed by our experience. The restaurant is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is made to order.

This location is the absolute worst at delivery, cleanliness and customer service. First time ordering delivery a sandwich was left out of the bag. The store refused to offer help and stated I would need to come in to get the sandwich. I had it delivered for a reason—it was a large order for the company we had at our house. The associate at the store was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. When I arrived at the store to pick up the sandwich they failed to put into the bag, the associate proceeded to literally yell across the store at me in front of other customers. The second time ordering, the order was never received, I realize they utilize DoorDash for delivery but there is no communication across the two entities causing a horrible headache. When I called to have my order re delivered, the store never received it from DoorDash. If you are going to utilize this service to offer delivery to your customers, I would advise have friendly, understanding associates who work for you, and communicating with your delivery service! On top of the horrible service they provide, going in store is never better. Tables, floors and trash receptacles are always in absolutely terrible shape. I have called jersey mikes corporate about this location and they simple state that each store is managed individually. The entire organization is an absolute joke of a business. Stay far away, and spend your money elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with the manager Megan (?). We ordered through the JM app and they substituted something we don't like. When we asked why they didn't call and ask what we wanted to substitute she didn't take a breath before lying and saying she doesn't have access to our contact information.
We looked at the receipt taped to the bag and right below our address and above the delivery date is our phone number. I look at a receipt from January (thanks Receipt Hog) and again our phone number. When we sign into the app at the top is our phone number.
Maybe she was tired or stupid or didn't care but at least put a little work into your lie. Lying to a customer on the phone is no different than lying to them in the store or dropping food on the floor, saying, "it's okay", picking it up and continuing to make the sandwich.

Don't get it delivered. This place is generally ok if you go in person, but takeout/delivered is not up to par. For the high price that they charge for their sandwiches, you would think that they would actually care about the quality of the sandwiches. These were the worst looking/trading sandwiches that I've had. Look at the pictures. They put barely any condiments at all. When I called to ask about the quality of them, the employee said that I could come in and they would give me extra lettuce and onions but they wouldn't remake the sandwiches. These sandwiches were delivered. Why would I drive all the way to their location for them to just give me condiments. I also asked for a manager, but the employee told me the managers only work until 2pm. Then he hung up the phone. Customer service is also not very high on their list either. Very disappointing. There are plenty of other sandwich shops out there that have a higher quality standard and have better customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

The team only put one small slice of meat on the entire sandwich. I thought it was a prank it was so ridiculous. Just bread and lettuce. I’d recommend not going here!

I stop by this location today (5/22/22) I was very pleased how polite the dude was cutting the meat but when it went south is, the dude who prepared the sandwich. His sandwich making is sloppy and unprofessional as customers watch how he's prepared the sandwich.I had to informed him my sandwich was lack on bacon, which I order a supreme BLT. (As a employee he should gave known that) I will not be returning to this location due to this one dude!
