Just got off the phone with the manager Megan (?). We ordered through the JM app and they substituted something we don't like. When we asked why they didn't call and ask what we wanted to substitute she didn't take a breath before lying and saying she doesn't have access to our contact information.

Don't get it delivered. This place is generally ok if you go in person, but takeout/delivered is not up to par. For the high price that they charge for their sandwiches, you would think that they would actually care about the quality of the sandwiches. These were the worst looking/trading sandwiches
