At this Wendy's location, food is what to be expected of quality, etc. So no complaints there. Service though is another matter. For anyone ordering online, please, please do not consider Carryout. I went in to pick up my order, only to find out someone grabbed it off the counter before I came in. The lady at the counter surprisingly was not helpful after the matter. Only to feel that I was responsible for the order to be stolen; even asking me to call my credit card service to cancel the charge. So we had to get the manager, who was very nice, and she helped us out to remake the order. I will consider to order online again from same location, but only to pickup at drive-thru.

Nice employees, good drive thru. I decided to try their four dollar meal today. The sandwich was small but it was yummy. I enjoyed my meal........

Although there was an error on an order, Wendy's went out of their way to make it right. Another time forgot my wallet (they have no Google or Apple pay) and when I returned for the order gave me a free drink for my trouble. Good food and customer service.

Something about this particular wendy’s is unwelcoming. Between the sign that says 30 minutes limit to dining in and the 90’s carpet and decor this place screams do not dine in here.

Prefer this location way more than the new Cochran location. Always have my order correct, always friendly, short wait times.

Really love Wendys food. Especially the chili. But didnt appreciate chewing on the long black hair in my salad. Arent you supposed to be wearing gair nets ?

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile now, so here we go. On October 31st at around 2:30-3pm I came to this Wendys with my family via drive thru. There was a confusion with my order when it was read by to me by Jayden. I repeated what my order had been and she was trying to get it corrected for me. Unfortunately this caused a delay & what astonished me the most was that she was yelled at by an older Hispanic lady by the name of Leslie for taking so long and wanted Jayden to hurry up because the drive thru was getting backed up. Leslie’s attitude towards Jayden was absolutely unnecessary & unprofessional. She had no reason to show poor leadership skills to a young lady who was simply trying to fix the mistake that had occurred which was likely caused by Leslie because the woman that took my order had an accent. Not only did Leslie yell at Jayden while I could clear see and hear the altercation, she also talked poorly about her in Spanish. I gave this location 3 stars solely because of Jayden. She maintained her politeness and professionalism the entire time that I waited for my items and not once disrespected Leslie like Leslie did her. Leslie needs training in not only how to be kind to fellow coworkers but how to be professional while working customer service. Thank you Jayden for being the definition of professionalism and dedication to ensuring the customer is satisfied!
