Traditional Sushi

Sat down at the sushi bar and waited. Chef acknowledged we were there and then continued serving the other diners. After people who were seated after us got their food and we still hadn't had a chance to order or even gotten water and a pair of chopsticks, we left. We had been ignored for 20 minutes

The first time I was there I was extremely impressed. The food was amazing and service was good. I was so pleased, that I made a reservation to celebrate my son's birthday in 3 days. When we returned, my experience was very different. Although the food was still very good, they gave our reservation away and it took forever to get anything. Monday evening and the place was packed, but no workers in the back. Better planning would do it wonders. I wish we were told it would take us an hour just to get something. We were very frustrated. I will give it another chance, but will go either after 7:30 or will try lunch.

Hana Sushi is a small, quiet sushi joint with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful if you're unsure of what to get. The sushi is always fresh and the ramen is excellent. Don't miss out, order one of their lunch specials to give it a try at a reasonable price and I'm sure you will come back for dinner.

My wife and I spend atleast $200 a week here to support the local community. We will never return to Hana Sushi after tonight . The lady taking our order was the rudest person we have ever met in the hospitality industry. There used to be such a kind lady here on Monday - Wednesday. The owner and some lady here tonight laughed at my wife and were extremely disrespectful when she offered them a free website. The ordering experience is TERRIBLE! You make people call in and your hostess is rude to them when it’s your loud background that causes the confusion. It is 2020 learn to get online ordering and technology versus laughing at your customers who spent $200+ on your sushi per week and offer you a free website! You will lose 25% of your customers after the the way you treated us tonight. Go laugh at that. Oh and your sushi is fishy some evenings and yet we still supported you... Shame on you and best of luck!

Wow!!! I got the POPeyes Sashimi and I think it's the best thing I have eaten in years. When I ordered something the chief came out and suggest I try something else because he didn't think it was as fresh as we would like. good. I love that. He suggested a white fish dish was amazing. Honestly so happy. Server was really nice and fast too. I'll be back.
