We stopped at this restaurant while passing through Illinois. We were hungry and wanted something good for breakfast. The restaurant is in a neighborhood, area was full of snow during that time. The ambience was nice and service was really fast. We ordered two omelettes with hash browns and pancakes. For beverages we chose regular coffee since there were no lattes, mocha or cappuccinos. The food was delicious, veggie omelette was unique in taste and hash browns were prepared differently not in typical way which made them even better. The only thing we found negative was the dirty coffee cups. Overall we liked the place and would love to visit again.
Delicious goodness! Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. I have zero regrets. Am still drooling writing this review! Will definitely be coming back. Prices are reasonably priced per dish and it's more than enough for one meal. We had left overs, but this depends on each person and how hungry they are. The monkey break is a very good snack, and is basically small crispy bites of cinnamon roll drizzled in caramel.

My sister and I tried Egg Parlor for the first time. We were celebrating her birthday so we decided to have brunch. The waitress was nice, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will try it again and hopefully everything will be the same as the first time.
