2017 service has drastically slowed, unless there is one person in front of you average wait time to order is 10-12 min.
Anytime someone orders a hot breakfast item, the line literally stops moving until order is fulfilled. More staff then two are needed. Dropped my rating.

The service is hit or miss if you ask for anything fancy.
There is a reason at the end of the counter that you can pour your own milk, cinnamon, and sugar into your drink.
The food prices are not great, but if you start with a subway breakfast next door , and get a basic coffee then had your own flavorings you can't beat the price.

Staff needs more training on drink recipes and customer service. Went in for a Latte Macchiato and was handed a latte...which is far from being the same drink. FYI a latte macchiato comes with 3 shots in a venti and the milk is steamed similar to a flat white.When I asked the employee to make me the correct drink, she spent more time trying to correct me rather than taking the initiative to learn the drink. I would have been completely okay with waiting on her.There is nothing wrong in pulling out the recipe cards! At least you would be improving your barista knowledge, instead of having attitudes with customers. Over the year that I have occassionally bought coffee here, the only employee that has made my orders correctly is the short girl with the dark hair. Any time I don't get her, my drinks are a disappointment. Management needs to fix things and get rid of the attitudes and lack of talent in order to proudly represent Starbucks and give their military customers proper customer service.

Staff is really hit and miss with their customer service. Some are really nice, but others seem like they want to get through the day and don't really care. Drinks are hit and miss too. I've been here 9 or 10 times since I got here, and I've had my drink messed up 3 times. Just little mistakes, but you can tell baristas just look at the bottom box and hope the customer didn't customize their drink at all.

Clean, calm, and cozy environment. The cashier/barista Genie and Hanna were warm and welcoming. The music was simple and not overpowering. This is a nice location to grab some coffee and relax a bit.

This place is one of the very worst Starbucks I been to. And I been and am a frequent customer to a lot of them. It's not that the place itself is bad. It's not that the place is small and the decoration is bland. It's the interaction with some of the employee(s) that's the problem. Issues with not opening on time is not something I would knock a place for. It happens. But when that same employee also gets defensive or seems to have an attitude that is a problem. Or when a co-worker of that person decides I need to pay more money because I don't want ice in my drink. Because I don't want ice, I need to pay more because they use more of something. I got a little extra money by corporate for that but it's still wrong and shouldn't have happened. I went another time to this place afterward and they didn't charge me extra again for no ice so hopefully they don't keep doing that.

The barista here today embarrassed my wife and made her feel so horrible because she is not fluent in English, she has ordered hot chocolate from many locations here in Washington and this location is always the most difficult location to deal with, my wife repeated herself 6 times to try to order hot chocolate but the barista for some dam reason couldn't understand her. And didn't attempt to help her, my wife left crying knowing that this Starbucks baristas that Is on a military installation could be so horrible.

The manager Maddy Waddell stood me up for an interview with no phone call before or after our appointment time. I have kids and cleared my a busy days schedule to accommodate the time she requested and she didn't even show. Very unprofessional and was rude and unapologetic when she returned my email DAYS later. Very unprofessional. Feel sorry for anyone working under her. I will no longer be pursuing a job with them and you shouldn't want to either.
